Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Lagos.


• The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice to customers, communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service, and identifying sales opportunities to meet the Bank's growth targets.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Sales skills


• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills


• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with customers


• Experience in providing financial advice to customers


• Ability to identify sales opportunities and meet growth targets


• Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma


• 2+ years of experience as a Loan/Relationship officer.


• Knowledge of microfinance and SME financing is a plus


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
