Responsibilities

• Creating new sub-distributors in assigned locations


• Retention of existing sub-distributors


• Daily sales reporting


• Managing large number of team across various locations


• Strategizing market plans and following up on plans

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial position


• Good sales track records


• Proven experience in handling large team


• Candidate must be able to use Microsoft Excel for daily reporting


• Candidate must have good decision-making skills


• Candidate must have sense of ownership


• Exceptional ability to deliver and consistently meet sales target
