Job Summary Dispatch Rider

The dispatch rider is responsible delivering our products to the customer in good condition. He/She is expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the Juice Bar while at it. The dispatch will carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for delivering packages to the customers


• Ensures the delivery is well secured to avoid spillage.


• Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.


• Maintain and service the bike when needed.


• Meet daily delivery goals.


•    Any other assigned responsibility as determined by the manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Good customer service skills


• Product and job knowledge


• Good people skills


• Highly organized and motivated


• Excellent and careful on the bike


• Good knowledge of Lagos routes.


• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis

2) Minimum certifications/educational level:

• Minimum of SSCE


• Relevant licenses required to ply the roads in Lagos.

3) Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 13kg
