Job Summary:



  • As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing IT infrastructure projects within an organization.

  • You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.


Requirements/Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years as IT Infrastructure Project Manager

  • Deep understanding of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • PMP designation or formal Project Management certification is an asset

  • Develop a deep understanding of THE ICONIC’s internal systems and tools and identify critical areas for improvement and automation

  • Develop roadmaps of various products within operations


Responsibilities:



  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Project Execution: Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project plans. Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project success.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project updates effectively.

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Allocate and optimize resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

  • Vendor Management: Identify and engage external vendors or contractors as needed. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct thorough testing, reviews, and documentation.
