Job Summary



  • The role is to Identify and present new revenue opportunities for the respective product line.

  • You would also be responsible for short and long-term planning of campaigns and any activity that can drive revenue for the product line.


Job Description



  • Develop and manage short and long term demand generation campaign plans to drive leads and the sales pipeline

  • Manage all aspects of campaign strategy execution including persona definition, data segmentation, customer journey mapping

  • Work closely with Sales in all global markets to align revenue and product goals to campaigns

  • Create a marketing/sales funnel as a joint initiative to promote collaboration and increase engagement internally

  • Work closely with Brand & Content and the Digital team to plan a content and roadmap strategy that supports sales objectives and business goals for the quarter, year, etc.

  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs

  • Know Reliance’s brand and the product line inside and out

  • Work with Field Marketing to promote and leverage centralized assets

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of professionals and other departments, and upper management to achieve strategic goals

  • Identify new trends and tactics to encourage business growth

  • Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Be a subject matter expert in Reliance Health’s product line

  • Measure and analyze campaign data for strengths, weaknesses, and shifts in the marketplace and adapt for improvement

  • Deliver performance reports to leadership, other markets, and departments.


Job Qualifications / Experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Marketing or Business discipline is preferred; a Master’s Degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or industry

  • Experience working in a high-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for product needs beyond the obvious

  • Experience developing a creative and effective strategy

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members at all levels

  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter and excellent executor.
