We are looking for a seasoned leader who will drive the growth of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) products at Reliance Health via several inbound and outbound telesales channels.
Your role will be to build a team of high-performing telesales agents and managers to support new and expansion revenue targets.
You will also be expected to drive the team’s strategy, own the budget, train the team, and manage incentives.
Job Description
Hire and onboard team members, including Telesales Agents, Team Leads and managers
Train, coach and manage team members
Manage the CRM system to optimise data and leads
Develop a Telesales Playbook that provides the foundation to expand the pipeline and drive repeatable revenue growth as the team and function scale.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly telesales metrics to report to company leadership
Set a KPI-driven environment; your primary aim will be to coach your team to succeed and share best practices and introduce new incentives to motivate them
Responsible for driving telesales and ensuring profitable sales growth for RH’s markets in alignment with annual business goals
Drive demand, acquisitions, upsell, cross-sell, retention and awareness programs that meet local needs while ensuring leveraging best practices, and establishing processes to enable profitable sales growth for RH’s markets in alignment with annual business goals
Write conversion-optimized sales scripts, develop and implement training material and new technology to support the development of the Telesales team at all levels
Drive demand, acquisitions, retention, and expansion revenue programs that meet local needs and align with best practices.
Work closely with other teams within the division to ensure brand consistency across all communications channels and increase sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources or a similar field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Telesales preferred or similar role
Previous experience recruiting and managing world-class Telesales teams who can deliver on ambitious revenue targets via efficiency and processes at scale
Led a Telesales team within a SaaS company to grow to more than $15M ARR
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
In-depth experience working with various related tools and CRM is a must
Skilled in measurement, reporting, and analysis of performance data that leads to repeatable success
The ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions
Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and emphatic management style
Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members at all levels.
