Job Summary:


The Personal Assistant to the MD has the responsibility for providing Secretarial, Administrative and Confidential support to the Managing Director and his office. 


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage the MD’s calendar, and set up meetings and appointments 

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner; Ensuring important information and updates are brought to the MD’s attention promptly

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, take various notes

  • Travel Arrangement: Make Travel Arrangements for the MD and family (International and Local) Trips.

  • Book international flights for TSC staff; Make travel and accommodation arrangement on behalf of TSC’s staff.

  • Manage the MD’s office by ensuring the office is adequately supplied with the needed inventory and office supplies.

  • Prepare Agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers

  • Production/distribution of agenda and papers.

  • Take minutes during meetings, distribute meeting minutes for actioning.

  • Oversee the filing system in the MD’s office. 

  • Manage Documents presented to for the MD’s signing. 

  • Ensure all necessary subscriptions pertaining to the MD’s office are renewed as and when due.

  • Receive and manage the MD’s visitors.

  • Run personal errands for the MD

  • Work with the HR and Admin on Assigned tasks

  • Ensure the Meeting room is cleaned and ready for receiving staff for the weekly Business Review Meetings.


Educational Requirement(s):



  • Minimum of a B.Sc. from a reputable Higher Institution
