Job Role of the Incumbent
- Ensure that revenue target for the business is met periodically.
- Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
- Ensure growth in CREM’s market share.
- Strategically lead in retaining our customer base/market share
- Lead in the drive for the acquisition of new customers across all CREM’s business verticals.
- Co-ordinate all sales efforts of the revenue generating departments
- Ensure that bills are timely paid by our clients
- Coach other sales personnel in the business for optimal performance.
- Involve in training facilitation when necessary.
- Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure retention and enhanced usage.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years of experience.
