Job Brief

We are looking for a qualified Female Massage/SpaTherapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients.

You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives. A Female massage and Spa therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. You should be good at perceiving clients' wishes and needs through spoken language, body language, and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.

What you will be doing.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, pedicures and other therapeutic procedures based on the client's needs and preferences.


• Conduct a thorough consultation with clients to assess their health history, lifestyle, and specific concerns to recommend appropriate treatments and products.


• Create a welcoming and serene atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their spa experience.


• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room and spa environment at all times.  


• Adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for clients.


• Stay informed about the spa's product lines and services, promoting and recommending appropriate products to clients.


• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.


• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods.


• Keep documentation and maintain clients' files.


• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.  


• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.


• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist


• Hands-on experience in massage techniques


• Experience in sales will be considered an asset


• Excellent knowledge of the English language


• Communication and customer service skills


• Positive attitude


• Well-groomed, professional appearance


• Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients


• User-level computer skills
