Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.


• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.


• Follow up with delivery agents to ensure remittance of completed deliveries.


• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve financial reporting.


• Perform regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.


• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) is a plus.


• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
