RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Developing and executing sales & marketing plans to meet and exceed growth goals

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.

  • Analyze market data to develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies.

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing and print.

  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with Spazio’s target audience.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

  • Develop and execute online and offline sales & marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and make improvements as needed.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, and project teams, to align sales & marketing efforts with overall company objectives and offerings.

  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.

  • 1Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new marketing tools and trends.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar field

  • Proven experience in sales & marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite

  • Previous experience within the Interior Design industry is preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of growth procedures and a sound judgement.
