  • As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing calls, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

  • Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Keep the front desk area neat, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Accept and distribute letters, packages, and emails to the appropriate departments.

  • Answer client questions and incoming calls, redirecting calls as needed, and taking messages.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
