Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan development of trade channels in the region.
- Prepare and achieve annual regional sales budget in the region.
- Monitor performance standards to achieve sales budgets in the region
- Ensure effective and efficient use of distributors' approved credit facilities in the region Drive the reporting system of field operations and monitoring of competitions in the region Drive distribution and redistribution for all products in the region.
- Control stock management through sales team and third party agents.
- Supervise the area sales managers in the region.
- Evaluate employees' performances and recommend appropriate rewards and sanctions Identify training needs for employees in the region.
- Create and maintain database for distributors, wholesalers, merchandisers and key accounts in the region.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate should:
- Possess a B.Sc / HND in relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity in FMCG sector preferably in sales of edible
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Have good analytical, communication and presentations skills.
- Have strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity.
