Responsibilities


Digital Strategy:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels.


Online Advertising:



  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


SEO and SEM:



  • Manage and enhance the company's search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to improve online visibility.

  • Stay abreast of search engine marketing (SEM) trends and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.


Content Marketing:



  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing plans that align with overall marketing goals.

  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with the target audience.


Social Media Management:



  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in developing engaging social media campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Second Class Upper is required.
