  • This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Support & Operations Associate. The Customer Support & Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer support operations, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or related field

  • 2 years experience and ITIL certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven customer service experience and the ability to develop customer relationships

  • Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

  • Can work well in a team and has excellent organization and time-management skills

  • Candidates must reside on the island for proximity.
