The Customer Support & Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer support operations, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or related field
- 2 years experience and ITIL certification
- Operations, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience and the ability to develop customer relationships
- Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
- Can work well in a team and has excellent organization and time-management skills
- Candidates must reside on the island for proximity.
