Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a team of floor staff to achieve daily operational goals.


• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations on the floor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.


• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.


• Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained by the team.


• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.


• Collaborate with the team to create a positive customer experience.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to restock as needed.Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.

Performance Metrics:

• Set and monitor performance metrics for the team to ensure goals are met.


• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with team members and management.


• Act as a liaison between floor staff and upper management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related field.


• A prior experience in baking and fast food processing is important.


• An ideal candidate must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
