  • On behalf of our client, an Energy company, we are recruiting to fill the role of Head of Operations.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company's operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including process improvement, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business requirements and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate operational risks.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.

  • Manage and optimize budgets and resources to achieve cost efficiency and operational targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in operations management.

  • Prior experience within the Energy industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
