Responsibilities



  • Foster positive connections with key clients to understand their needs and maintain high satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute plans aligning client goals with company objectives, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure coordinated efforts and successful account strategy implementation.

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing to maximize profitability.

  • Regularly assess key metrics, prepare concise reports, and communicate findings to internal teams and clients for transparency and goal achievement.


Key Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Tech Sales, B2B sales, B2C sales and Key Account

  • Management role.

  • Must have Background Experience: Tech sales, B2B, B2C, key account management.

  • Experience using CRMs and other tech tools.
