Produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts.
Utilize their knowledge of architecture interior design technology, bespoke furniture design, lighting solutions, finish material, and color selections, and specifications.
Produce furniture shop drawings, specifications material selection, and schedules needed for construction documentation
Participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications
Specify and present products equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of projects appropriately.
Develop FF& E specifications with supervision from their supervisor
Participate in thought leadership and research initiatives regarding the design team and the company as a whole.
Participate in strategic growth and business developments regarding the design team e.g., Discussing the vision of departments
Following through on all potential problems, quality issues, and fabrication problems until they are resolved without compromising design intent
Follow Spazio processes and procedures for tracking changes, issuing addendums, and drawings, and organizing project files so they are readily accessible to all members of the team.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, School of Design, and other related disciplines. A Master’s degree in related field is preferable.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an Interior Designer role
Knowledge of Design & Architecture software like AutoCad and Revit
Ability to hand sketch solutions on site.
Experience with quotes, proposals, budgets, purchase orders and purchasing process
Previous experience within the Interior Design industry is mandatory.
