Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
- Possess a solid understanding of QuickBooks to manage financial data and streamline accounting processes.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and extract valuable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and implement efficient data organization strategies, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting and finance, to understand data requirements and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial and operational information.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques; recommend and implement process improvements.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
