Responsibilities



  • Manage incoming phone calls from Customers

  • Identify and assess customers’ data on through Application Merchant portal for followup

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information and report as required by the Customer Service Department.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

  • Performing other duties as required.


Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree.
