RESPONSIBILITIES

• In store Brand Management


• In store POP matrix and management


• Display and CX Enhancement


• Future Products display enhancement


• Shop visit management and planning


• Channel management


• Improve Promoter selling skills


• Relationship building with the dealers


• Daily Reports & Weekly Reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline from a reputable company


• Proven experience in merchandising, sales, retail buying, or product management


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and familiarity with merchandising software or systems.


• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
