Our client, a leading manufacturing pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join the manufacturing team.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment for manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

  • Conduct research and analysis to improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support manufacturing processes and facilitate product assembly.

  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new designs into manufacturing processes.

  • Perform feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for new projects or modifications to existing systems.

  • Conduct tests, experiments, and simulations to validate designs, identify potential improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Provide technical support, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering analysis tools.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical design principles.

  • Experience with quality control procedures, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
