Job Description

• Calling of customers to receive their orders/request


• Manage field distributors and assign them to routes/locations based on movement chart


• Follow up Field distributors by placing calls to track their locations


• Monitor sales log


• Convert customers with high volume to bulk agents.


• Call back customers registered on the sales log to determine Product quantity bought and their locations.


• Submit sales report to the accountant and manager


• Identify dormant customers and visit them to determine issues


• Maintain customer's register and account


• Keep petty cashbook on Sales and distribution of the company's products

Education

• OND holder

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Customer service
