Job Brief


Our Admin & Fleet Officer will be responsible to oversee the entire office administration while providing support to the Human Resources and Admin Manager.


Description



  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and purchase of all office items, work tools and appliances.

  • Supervise the activities of all support staff- drivers, cleaners and security guards.

  • Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles.

  • Procurement of office items especially admin and cleaning tools at best prices

  • Ensure the safety and security of facility before closing for the day

  • Ensure the office is opened early in the morning and all facilities are operating as expected

  • Inspect the buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovation

  • Maintain the office and ensure that the office is clean at all times

  • Ensure that security men are at all times functioning at their duty posts

  • Planning and forecasting future needs or repairs

  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.


Requirements



  • A degree in related fields, minimum of a OND

  • Proven experience working in a similar role and knowledge in administrative or  technical role

  • Must be handy.

  • Technical knowledge of fleet management
