Our Admin & Fleet Officer will be responsible to oversee the entire office administration while providing support to the Human Resources and Admin Manager.
Description
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and purchase of all office items, work tools and appliances.
- Supervise the activities of all support staff- drivers, cleaners and security guards.
- Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- Procurement of office items especially admin and cleaning tools at best prices
- Ensure the safety and security of facility before closing for the day
- Ensure the office is opened early in the morning and all facilities are operating as expected
- Inspect the buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovation
- Maintain the office and ensure that the office is clean at all times
- Ensure that security men are at all times functioning at their duty posts
- Planning and forecasting future needs or repairs
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Requirements
- A degree in related fields, minimum of a OND
- Proven experience working in a similar role and knowledge in administrative or technical role
- Must be handy.
- Technical knowledge of fleet management
