JOB SUMMARY

• Our client is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented waitress to join our team.


• As a waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patrons have a delightful dining experience.


• Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and seat them at their tables.


• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items.


• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.


• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure prompt and accurate service.


• Serve food and drinks to customers and address any additional requests they may have.


• Monitor tables for refills, clear used dishes, and reset tables for new customers.


• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.


• Collaborate effectively with team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service.


• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices.


• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in accordance with the restaurant's dress code.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years previous experience in similar role


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.


• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and payment processing.
