Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and massages, pedicure & manicure with a focus on holistic well-being.


• Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' individual needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.


• Stay informed about the latest beauty and wellness trends, incorporating new techniques and products into spa services.


• Create a serene and welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and communal spa areas.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.


• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and holistic approaches to wellness.


• Collaborate with other spa staff to provide integrated services and promote a holistic approach to beauty and health.


• Engage in continuous self development and industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a focus on holistic treatments.


• Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy from an accredited institution.


• Strong knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, waxing and holistic wellness practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
