Description

We are looking for a talented ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in IKEJA, LAGOS, NIGERIA .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

• Assists the accounts payable team with more complex tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.


• Processes invoice administration and set up for payment.


• Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.


• Resolves more complex invoice discrepancies.


• Conducts investigations of accounts payable processing errors and suggests process improvements.


• Participates in and/or assist in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need the following :

• Accounting Diploma/Degree.


• Accounts Payable knowledge.


• Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.


• Advanced Excel & good communication skills.
