LearnlyApp Edtech is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that redefine user experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.


• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.


• Advocate for design excellence and user experience best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science,Graphics design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• Proven experience at least 6 years in product design for software applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.


• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.


• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.


• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with Agile development processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Preferred Qualifications:


• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.


• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
