Execute and oversee daily administrative activities.
Serve as a knowledge hub for information pertaining to all aspects of the operations, including logistics, patients and vendors etc.
Support critical business functions and units such as finance, laboratory, nurses, doctors, procurement, transportation planning, and general office services.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the overall mission and objectives of the hospital
Coordinate and act as a primary contact for all matters related to the office and workstations.
Provide outstanding employee service experiences by understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
Manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the facility manager to ensure compliance with statutory regulations regarding fire, health, and safety standards.
Effectively manage the organization's resources, procurements, internet services, work tool, IT personnel, security, cleaning staff, air-conditioner, kitchen facilities, uniforms, and bed linens etc.
Assist in the development and management of budgets related to administrative and operational needs.
Streamline communication channels between departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide regular reports to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Officer.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Proficient knowledge of basic bookkeeping/finance and database management.
Willingness to engage in a wide range of activities to support organizational requirements.
Detail-oriented self-starter capable of working independently, communicating effectively, being proactive, and presenting solutions while anticipating needs.
