Job Description



  • As an Admin/HR Officer professional, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources unit and the daily operation of the organisation.

  • They handle tasks related to personnel records, data management, policy creation, and recruitment assistance.


Job Duties



  • Update internal databases with new hire information

  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

  • Take record of daily staff attendance.

  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

  • Publish and remove job ads on job boards

  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

  • Procure office equipment such as stationery and toiletries.

  • Work with senior stakeholders.

  • Manage the company's fleets and the company drivers

  • Arrange transportation for staff outings and project site visits.


Qualification and Background



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 1 - 2 years’ cognate experience in HR.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation

  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
