Field Support Specialist are responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
Provide the sales team with data reports & sales guides
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools
Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
Making sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi task
Requirements and Skills
Successful previous experience as a medical sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
