Job Description 



  • Field Support Specialist are responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.

  • Provide the sales team with data reports & sales guides

  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools

  • Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.

  • Making sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi task


Requirements and Skills



  • Successful previous experience as a medical sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
