Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and resolving problems that arise with internet and network.


• Monitor network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.


• Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner.


• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.


• Providing general network administration and support.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer science, information Technology, or related field.


• Must be a current serving corp member


• Candidate must reside in Abuja


• Technical Skills in networking, Technical support e.t.c


• Routing and switching experience


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
