Job Description



  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the various business development teams.

  • Assisting with new client implementation, providing support to maximize sales performance, 

  • Manage all inventory issues and escalate appropriately to responsible team(s) / individual (s).

  • Provide admin support for the preparation and application of corporate bids.

  • Support in the collation of data and provides report on business performance.

  • Collates, prepare and analyze production data.

  • Pull and integrate data from disparate sources.

  • Prepare team reports to help drive sales and improve renewals.

  • Ensure the logistical organization of meetings, appointments, interviews, trips, lunches.

  • Follow up and monitor the achievements of other budgets: premiums, commissions, claims, reinsurance, investments and related results.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance and profitability of various segments.

  • Assist both retail and corporate teams in the follow up of renewals.


Job Requirements



  • 0-2 years’ experience in relevant field.

  • Minimum of  B.Sc. in Marketing/ Commerce or any similar field.

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of underwriting in relevant areas of business is an added advantage. 

  • Data Analytics skills.

  • Time management skills
