About The Opportunity
- The role verifies all received documents from clients to track vessel activities till it berths.
- He/she processes duty assessments for client’s payments, coordinates operational activities until the empty container is returned.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives shipping documents and verifies compliance.
- Liaises with shipping companies to track vessel location and updates clients accordingly with the most up-to-date information.
- Liaises with shipping line/team for rotation number to generate duty assessment.
- Responsible for processing form M/LC /PAAR/NXP and import duty. -if applicable
- Updates and informs clients on shipments activities on the port via software and emails.
- Processes third party compliance documents (NAFDAC, SON,NESREA, COO, NAQS, etc.
- Daily review of shipment activities with the operation team to determine the weekly delivery schedule.
- Follows up with clients for new shipment allocation.
- Provide expert advice to clients on cost-saving alternatives in the supply chain/logistics operations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 5years experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of Supply chain management
- Experience in Logistics (import/Export)
