Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Manager.


• The Technical Manager will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and customers, managing teams, researching and developing new products, managing projects, and performing analytical tasks.


• The role will be located in Aba, but the candidate will be able to work remotely for some of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical skills


• Experience in Team Management and Project Management


• Ability to provide Technical Support to staff and customers


• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and remotely


• Experience in the solar industry, electrical engineering, or related field is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field


• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
