Responsible for all Business Development, Marketing and Sales strategy, processes, resources, and activities to boost revenue, profitability, and customer base of the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, grow our customer base, and expand into new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other companies in the industry.
Ensuring that service benefits and value propositions are available to target markets and accounts.
Overall ownership and achievement of marketing and sales operational targets. Responsibility for product, service and solution market share and profitability
Plan, develop and supervise the execution of strategic brand PR and media communications initiatives.
Review progress on set objectives, plans, KPIs on monthly/quarterly basis. Supervises and approves output of all team members.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director
Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree
An MBA would be an added advantage.
At least 5 years commercial leadership experience
Knowledge of some or all: Energy management, Metering & Renewable energy
Competence and Skills
Proven business development experience – nurturing concepts to reality, including good understanding of project management, customer/stakeholder engagement, deal structuring and team management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
