Job Description

• Farm management.


• Cost control and asset management.


• Field worker management/cooperation with other sub-contractors working on the farm.


• People skills and cooperation with communities and others involved with daily cultivation.


• Preparing Schedule for Farm Crop.


• Preparing Budgetary Reports.


• Preparing Manpower Requirement Report.


• Preparing Forecasts for Farm Yield and Production seasonally, yearly.


• Preparing Requisitions of Fertilizer, Stems, Plantlets, equipment, vehicles/transport.


• Prepare Annual Report of the Farm Activities, including Forecasts.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• University Degree in Farm Management, or Degree in Engineering / Agronomy.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in actual farm management/production possibly in Nigeria.


• Field worker management and skills, including communications.


• Knowledge of farming/farming equipment.


• Good skills in keeping an eye on daily workers, machineries.


• Cognizant of property upkeep and integrity.
