Collaborate with network administrators, engineers and support teams
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, incident reports and support activities to serve as a reference for future troubleshooting and compliance purposes
Ensure incidents are handled promptly to minimise downtime
Act as a good support for network related requests to facilitate efficient issue resolution
Identifying, prioritising and escalating issues when necessary
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree (mininmum of 2.1) or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
