  • Ensure quality standards in service by implementing guest cycle and preparing drinks according to records, menus and appropriate reference material.

  • Implement the standards set for practices to ensure food safety.

  • Display a hospitable attitude to guests by greeting, seating, entertaining, guiding them in selecting food and beverage items, anticipating and responding to their needs and bidding them farewell.

  • Promote menu items pushing sales.

  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures for handling intoxicated guests.

  • Respect grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.

  • Look after the bar assets providing necessary inventories when asked.

  • Maintain a good and professional communication with colleagues, team leaders and respect assigned schedule and duties.

  • Attend and participate in all briefings, trainings and meetings.

  • Collect feedback from guests, handle their complaints and report them to team leader.

  • Report the bar state of operation to team leader providing advice for possible improvement.
