Ensure quality standards in service by implementing guest cycle and preparing drinks according to records, menus and appropriate reference material.
Implement the standards set for practices to ensure food safety.
Display a hospitable attitude to guests by greeting, seating, entertaining, guiding them in selecting food and beverage items, anticipating and responding to their needs and bidding them farewell.
Promote menu items pushing sales.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for handling intoxicated guests.
Respect grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
Look after the bar assets providing necessary inventories when asked.
Maintain a good and professional communication with colleagues, team leaders and respect assigned schedule and duties.
Attend and participate in all briefings, trainings and meetings.
Collect feedback from guests, handle their complaints and report them to team leader.
Report the bar state of operation to team leader providing advice for possible improvement.
