  • As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities



  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.

  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Serve as a bridge between creative, production, and technical teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

  • Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and identify areas for optimization.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project progression.

  • Develop contingency plans and communicate potential risks to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain a high standard of quality for all project deliverables.

  • Conduct thorough project reviews and implement continuous improvement measures.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.

  • Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Generate and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and post-project evaluations.

  • Other tasks assigned.


Qualifications



  • A B.Sc or HND in project management, finance or any related field.

  • A PMP or similar certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in a media-related industry.

  • Strong understanding of media production processes and workflows.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
