Role Overview:


We are seeking an accomplished Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in maintaining efficiency and productivity within our workspace.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and optimize daily office operations.

  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their tasks.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Handle incoming communications and manage correspondence.

  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and basic accounting tasks.

  • Assist in HR-related activities and maintain personnel records.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience 2 years in office management or related roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Understanding of basic accounting and HR procedures is advantageous.
