Job Summary:


Coordinate the Organization’s administration system and general workflows to ensure hitch free business operations.


Responsibilities



  • Manages the administrative activities of the Company.

  • Coordinate regular supplies of office stationery.

  • Manage important and confidential Company documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

  • Manage company databases and update them when the need arises.

  • Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis.

  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.

  • Manage correspondence including letters٫ emails and packages.

  • Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ as assigned.

  • Manages the documentation of vehicles and ensures renewal as at when due.

  • Manage projects and follow up with team members where required.

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.


Requirements



  • First Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills

  • Good with figures
