Role Description

• We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Account Officer to join our team.


• The Senior Account Officer will be based on-site at our Lagos State office and will report to the Chief Financial Officer.


• The Senior Account Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting environment


• Strong proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks and other relevant packages.


• Experience with financial reporting and conducting variance analysis, developing budgets, and forecasting financial results.


• Ability to manage and train a team of junior accounting staff, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
