Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and a skilled and motivated IT Product Manager to join our team. As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our technology products, ensuring they meet customer needs and contribute to the overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product life cycles, and champion the delivery of high-quality solutions.

 Requirements:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by understanding market trends, customer needs, and business goals.


• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features and enhancements.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make informed decisions on product positioning and differentiation.


• Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring clear and actionable documentation for development teams.


• Work closely with development teams and provide clear guidance and direction throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release.


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product delivery, while managing risks and dependencies.


• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to validate product functionality, usability, and performance.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.


• Track product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IT product management and apply them to enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


•  Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering technology products.


• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and experience working in cross-functional teams.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into actionable product requirements.


• Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals.


•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


•  Experience with product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.


•  Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, cloud technologies, or related fields.


• Proactive and self-driven with a passion for technology and innovation.
