Our client is a recruitment and outsourcing firm with headquarters in Nigeria and a branch in Canada, We are looking for an International Recruiter to help us recruit top talent across the globe. 

Your main responsibilities will include evaluating potential talents, building networks, and conducting interviews and forwarding qualified applicants to the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes


• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates


• Sourcing for prospects / Clients.


• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications


• Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers

Requirements

• Freshers or someone with little experience in recruitment.


• Someone who is interested in freelancing.


• Fluency in other languages is a huge plus


• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
