Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative and effective solutions that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

 Requirements:

•  Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand business requirements and define solution objectives.


• Design end-to-end technical solutions that encompass software applications, infrastructure, data integration, and security, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.


•  Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to effectively communicate the solution design to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


•  Conduct technology evaluations, identify suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms, and make recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.


•  Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and oversight throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.


•  Identify and mitigate technical risks by conducting thorough analysis and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.


• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology, industry standards, and best practices related to solution architecture and apply them to enhance our overall technical capabilities.


•  Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentor ship to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.


•  In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level architecture principles, design patterns, and frameworks.


•  Proficiency in multiple technology domains, such as application development, cloud computing, data management, integration, and security.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.


• Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or AWS/Azure Solution Architect, are highly desirable.
