  • Our Client urgently requires the services of Sales Executives to beef up its Sales team. Candidates who have knowledge of the Sales of Construction Chemicals will have an advantage.


Responsibilities



  • Generate high-quality sales leads via visits, cold calls, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, complete sales process, and arrange deliveries.

  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers.

  • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.

  • Identify competitive market trends and communicate to the supervisor


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience in sales and the technology field.

  • Must have passion for sales and meeting given targets

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good leadership and team working skills


Key Focus:



  • 6-10 years relevant experience managing a retail team

  • Thorough understanding of route to market sales approach

  • Channel trade, activation and market expansion

  • Generate distributors, retain and manage growth

  • Excellent managerial capacity
