Job Requirement:



  • A B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of a second-class upper division.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in human resources management.

  • Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Packages will be an added advantage.


Job Description:



  • Work with the Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees and HR initiatives.

  • Develop, manage, and oversee the functional HR budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.

  • Lead all activities related to employment, legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, compliance, day-to-day development.

  • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.

  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process report on its performance.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor employee performance and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.

  • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.

  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
