  • Analyze training needs, assess the effectiveness of programs, and recommend enhancements.

  • Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys to measure satisfaction and propose improvements.

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analysis, data analytics, or a related role.

  • Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation.

  • Ability to collaborate with HR teams, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends and analytics methodologies.
